Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) and similar state privacy laws, you may opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. ProofOfFit does not currently sell personal information for monetary consideration. If we engage in cross-context advertising in the future, we will honor the choices you make on this page.

To submit an opt-out request, please email privacy@proofoffit.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell/Share Request” and include the email address associated with your account. We will acknowledge your request within 10 business days and process it within 45 days.

Note: If you are a candidate whose data is processed by ProofOfFit on behalf of an employer, please contact that employer (the Controller) to exercise your rights. We will support the Controller’s response.
